    • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
    • ¾ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
    • ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
    • ¼ tsp nutmeg
    • ¼ tsp kosher salt
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
