    • 1 small onion, minced

    • 3 tbsp honey mustard (I used Old-fashioned style so it had some mustard seeds)
    • 1 heaping tbsp flour
    • 1 1/2 cups whole milk (anything lower than 2% will curdle)
    • 1 1/2 cups old white cheddar cheese, grated
    • 2 ripe avocados, diced
    • 1/3 cup melted butter
    • 1 cup bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, grated
